How do I make a Recycle Bin on my virtual drive?

Windows will automatically create a Recycle Bin on your virtual drive if it's a plug-n-play device (i.e., the StorageType property is set to STGT_PNP), or a non-plug-n-play device that has non-removable media (i.e., the StorageCharacteristics property doesn't include the STGC_REMOVABLE_MEDIA flag); and only for virtual drives with a "mount manager" mounting point (i.e., those created with the STGMP_MOUNT_MANAGER flag present).
